Every educator holds a unique and powerful role in shaping the holistic development of their students. The journey to flourish, though, must break through the cycle of annual school year calendars in individual classrooms and begin to permeate the entirety of the school culture. In this session, we will explore the foundational idea of character as something that is caught, taught, and sought and the impact this paradigm may have on creating a flourishing community in our schools.
